A powerful and playful vinyasa class geared towards playtime in bakasana (crow pose). Expect core work and use of uddiyana bandha to find lightness, lift and flight. Suitable for all levels, except for true beginners.

YIN & CHILL - 60-MINUTES YIN YOGA - ALL LEVELS
A grounding and slow Yin Yoga practice that aims to restore the body and mind. This class is full of long, delicious holds in postures to target fascial stretches in key target areas and to invite in stillness from the inside out. Suitable for all levels.
