private sessions

Private sessions are highly personalised and tailored classes.  Each lesson can be focused on your particular needs - whether you are working with an injury, want to improve your alignment or are looking to learn the fundamentals of yoga at your own speed.  Best of all, sessions conveniently take place in the comfort of your own home, a space of your choice or online, eliminating the need to travel to and from a studio.  All you need is a small space, mat and a willingness to practice.

Sessions can be one-on-one or for a small group and can be 60, 75 or 90 minutes long.

PUBLIC CLASSES & Events

Practice alongside a community of yogis at various spaces and studios in London.  Class style, length, price and booking method vary dependent on location so please ensure you check out the details in the timetable.

CORPORATE PROGRAMS

Coming from a corporate background myself, I believe that yoga is hugely beneficial for those with more traditional, office/desk-based roles.  Over the years, my mat has become a sanctuary for me before or after work.  Even if just for a short while, yoga can help us turn off the stress of deadlines and our inbox, and tune in to body and mind, ultimately leading to happier, more efficient employees.  

For convenience, sessions can take place in the office (if space allows), before or after office hours or perhaps during lunch time.  Corporate sessions are typically between 45 and 60 minutes long but can be adapted to employees' needs and availability.
